We are committed to sharing only the highest caliber of flowers, and as such can guarantee our arrangements will stay fresh for at least 48 hours from delivery with proper care. We also value our integrity as a friend and business, and are available to discuss any concerns you may have about your order. Since blooms are perishable by nature we normally do not offer returns or refunds, thus we ensure every order lives up to our promised quality of excellence.

REFUNDS

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are unable to provide refunds on orders after the supplies have been purchased.

If the delivery zone is different than the one purchased, Uproot will attempt to collect or refund the correct amount.
